You can contact us at any time about anything in this policy using the email address above.
Information you give us. When you fill in a form on this site we collect your first name, last name, email address and, if you provide it, your phone number. If you enrol in the workshop we also collect your billing details.
Payment information. Card details are entered directly into our payment processor's secure fields. We never see, handle or store your full card number. We receive only a confirmation of payment and the last four digits. Charges appear on your card statement as SRINI SARIPALLI.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we receive your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, how long you spend on them, and the site or advertisement that referred you.
Workshop participation. Live sessions are recorded. If you attend with your camera or microphone on, your image and voice will appear in the recording, which is shared with enrolled students. You can attend with your camera off at any time.
Providing a phone number is optional. If you provide one, you agree to receive occasional text messages from us about this workshop — reminders, session links and schedule changes.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts does not affect your enrolment or your emails.
We do not sell, rent or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how people find and use our pages.
We also use the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which tells us when someone who arrived from one of our advertisements opts in or enrols, and allows us to show ads to people who visited but did not enrol. You can control this through your Facebook ad settings and through your browser's cookie controls.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business, and only so they can perform their function:
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.
We keep contact details for as long as you remain on our list, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. Transaction records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so, except where we are legally required to keep it.
Email [email protected] for any of these. We will respond within 30 days.
If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to request a copy of it, to request deletion, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of it. We do not sell personal information. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights. Use the email address above to make a request.
This workshop and this website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, and payments are handled entirely by our processor's secure systems. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by email to anyone currently on our list.
